Our world may look different as a result of COVID-19, but some things haven’t changed: the importance of primary care and our support for our senior patients. Our telehealth appointments over video and telephone keep you healthy and safe. Please update your communication preferences so we can contact your efficiently.

Telemedicine visits are convenient and easy to use!

  • Easy-to-use technology that allows for video calls on your smartphone, tablet or PC.
  • No smartphone? Don’t worry, we can still conduct a visit using a standard voice call.
  • Covered by your current insurance plan. If you are already a patient of ours there are no additional costs.

Common Questions


Should I still come into the office for my regularly scheduled visit?
No, at this time all visits will be conducted via telemedicine on your smartphone, iPad or computer. If you do not have one of these devices, your visit will be conducted via a standard telephone call.

Please DO NOT come to the office unless previously discussed with a provider or our care team.

What are some of the symptoms of COVID-19?
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell
Look for emergency warning signs for COVID-19. If someone is showing any of these signs, seek emergency medical care immediately:
  • Trouble breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • New confusion
  • Inability to wake or stay awake
  • Bluish lips or fac
What device do I need to conduct an online visit?

A standard smartphone (iphone, Android etc.), iPad or personal computer with a video camera will work. If you do not have one of these devices, the visit will be done via a standard telephone visit. A device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, PC) is preferred so our provider can see you.

What do I do if I need a pre-op or diagnostic exam?

Please contact our office if you are scheduled for surgery and need a pre-op or diagnostic examination.  We are seeing patients in our office on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and providers.

Is there an additional fee or co-pay for a telemedicine visit?

We do not charge an additional fee for telemedicine visits and during these unprecedented times, most insurance carriers are treating a telemedicine visit just like a regular office visit.
